Topline Equestrian is located conveniently in the Hardin Valley area of Knoxville, Tennessee just 20 minutes from downtown. With easy access to I-40, I-75 and Pellissippi Parkway, the barn is near many local show facilities, as well as the vet and farrier. Our new facility has lush pastures, 2 outdoor rings, four grooming and wash stalls with hot and cold water, and ample space to hack and enjoy your horse. The owners live on-site giving clients confidence in the care and condition of all the horses and up to date communications in any changes in care. Topline Equestrian strives to always provide the highest quality attention to all horses and ponies, and their owners and riders.

Boarding

$750 PER MONTH

• Daily turn-out (weather permitting)
• Boarders tack room and tack storage
• AM and PM customized feeding and watering
• Daily stall cleaning
• Large stalls of varying sizes for horses and ponies
• Fans
• Blanketing and un-blanketing services
• Owner notification of changes in care

Administration and Fees not included in board that would be billed separately:

• Evaluation and treatment of minor wounds
• Veterinarian visits, inoculations and injury care
• Farrier services
• De-worming services​​

Topline Equestrian is a training facility. All animals boarded are expected to be involved in a minimum of 1 lesson or training ride per week (to be billed separately). A “non-training customer” charge of $100/month should be paid with monthly board for those who wish to board only and not take part in lessons and/or training.

Care & Maintenance

BODY CLIPPING

• $160 - 14hh and under
• $175 - over 14hh and under 15hh
• $190 - over 15hh
• Does not include the cost of bathing or sedation, if necessary.
• Includes one sharp blade, with additional charges if more than one blade is required.

MAINTENANCE

• $25 - Sheath cleaning (plus cost of sedation)
• $20 - Fungus bath (owner supplies shampoo)
• $25 - Mane pull
• $25 - Trim (face and legs)
• $5 - Each foot soak
• $5 - Each foot or leg poultice (owner supplies materials or billed at cost)

Training Rides

$40 PER SCHOOLING RIDE

• Includes grooming, tacking, un-tacking, etc.
